8.2 No Warranty: NOTWITHSTANDING OUR VERIFICATION PROCESS, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” AIPHELION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OUTPUTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE FROM ERROR.
8.3 User Responsibility: The Outputs are provided for research and intelligence purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. The User maintains sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of any Output before using it in a professional, legal, or commercial capacity.
